Lifestyle Enhancement Program

Lifestyle Enhancement classes concentrate on functional health, social connectedness, relaxation, and supporting your holistic well-being.

As reported in the Faculty-Staff Health Status Survey, 51.3% responded they have experienced pain, discomfort, or numbness in their neck or lower back in the past 12 months. These classes may appeal to those with low back discomfort, chronic health conditions, or those who wish to reduce stress levels and/or maintain personal health and well-being.

There is a fee associated with participation in most classes and activities.  All fees will be processed online through the Health Promotion and Wellness's uStore.  Please pay for classes using this link.  No checks or cash will be accepted.  Payroll deduction is still available.

Spring 2020

The Spring 2020 session runs from January 6, 2020 to May 19, 2020.  Registration is now available. Please contact Michelle Starkey with any questions.
