Lifestyle Enhancement Program

Lifestyle Enhancement classes concentrate on functional health, relaxation, and maintenance of a healthy spine throughout life.

As reported in the Faculty-Staff Health Status Survey, 51.3% responded they have experienced pain, discomfort, or numbness in their neck or lower back in the past 12 months. These classes may appeal to those with low back discomfort, chronic health conditions, or those who wish to reduce stress levels and/or maintain personal health and well-being.

There is a fee associated with participation in most classes and activities.

Fall 2019

The Fall 2019 session runs from August 19, 2019 to December 15, 2019.  Registration is now available. Please contact Michelle Starkey with any questions.
