Sweet Dreams Redbirds
A free personal wellness program focusing on sleep using the REFRESH© sleep series, an eight-week, self-paced program, researched at Stanford University. We believe that, at the completion of the program, you will find your sleep and sleep habits have been enhanced and improved. Each of the 8 weeks will focus on a different topic, ranging from understanding the benefits of sleep, strategies to reduce worries, practice being more mindful, and activities to reduce stressors.
