Family activities are offered to the Illinois State community with the intention to foster family connectedness and enrich relationships between colleagues across campus. Family activities are free of charge and require registration prior to attending. Reserve space for the activities below.

Family Bowling
RETURNING FALL 2022
Bowling at the Illinois State Bowling and Billiards Center is held during the fall and spring semesters. This family activity is free of charge and families may register for 1 lane and 1 time frame. The time frame for bowling is offered in 60-minute increments between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on the scheduled date. If registration is full, please call (309) 438-WELL (9355) to be placed on the waitlist.
Family Day at the Children's Discovery Museum
Each spring, we are excited to invite you and your immediate family members to share an afternoon at the Children's Discovery Museum in Uptown Normal. This family activity is held during the spring semester each year and the first 125 participants to register may enter free of charge.

Family Swims and Climbs
Saturdays: February 19, March 19, and April 16th | 10:00 a.m. to Noon | Student Fitness Center
Sundays: February 6, April 3, and May 1 | Noon - 2:00 p.m. | Student Fitness Center

- Parents must remain with children
