Walking is a great way to introduce physical activity into your daily life*. For those who are already active, taking a walk break during the day helps mitigate the risks of prolonged sitting as well as helps with focus and productivity. Regardless of your goal, Health Promotion and Wellness has numerous tools available to help you make walking a daily activity.
Join Health Promotion and Wellness every Wednesday this summer for a 30 minute walk around campus during the lunch hour. Registration is appreciated in case any last minute information needs to be shared with those planning to attend.
